This administrative compliance order is issued to Fife Town Water Association for failure to monitor for bacteriological quality, nitrates, nitrites, radionuclides, pesticides, volatile organic chemicals, inorganics, sodium, asbestos and lead and copper; failure to prepare and deliver a consumer confidence report; failure to submit a bacteriological sample siting plan; failure to provide public notice of the violations and failure to report SDWA violations to the State.
