This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA) issued to the Morongo Band of Mission Indians. The Order directs the Morongo to apply for a Part 71 Permit before November 2004 while allowing the construction of the natural gas fired cogeneration facility at the casino owned by the Tribe.
