On March 28, 2003, the facility discovered a 15,507 pound releas of RCRA Hazardous Waste Code F039 - Leachate into te ground. F039 is a hazardous substance under CERCLA with a one-opund RQ. The person in charge of the facility notified the NRC on March 28, 2003. This notification was three hours and ten minutes after th releease was discovered.
