This Order provides for the performance of a removal action by Dawn Mining Company and the reimbursement of response costs incurred by the United States for this removal action in connection with the Midnite Mine Site located on the Spokane Indian Reservation in the State of Washington. This Order requires Dawn Mining Company to address uranium ore that was spilled during transport from the mine along the haul road between the Midnite Mine and the Dawn Mill at Ford, Washington.
