Texas A&M University failed to comply with the SDWA as amended by the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002 regarding the development and certification of said development of a Vulnerability Assessment(VA)of its water system. The VA and the certification were due to EPA by December 31, 2003.
