Process Equipment & Services, Inc., of Farmington, NM, was inspected by the NMED on June 23, 2003, at which time it was determined the company was in violation of the permit conditions of the Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit. The violations included an inadequate Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, no documented routine inspection reportsand failure to perform the required annual compliance evaluation. An compliance administrative order was issued and a show cause meeting held. Penalties assessed and a Supplement Environmental Project are being discussed.
