The Complaint alleges, inter alia, that Respondent failed to provide corrosion protection on metal piping that routinely contained regulated substances: provide release detection on its USTs���; and maintain financial responsibility for corrective action and for compensating third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by accidental releases arising from the operation of petroleum USTs.  The Complaint seeks the assessment of a civil penalty in the amount of $58,826.
