An administrative complaint alleging multiple violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (�FIFRA�) by National Wholesale Liquidators, Inc. (�NWL�) of West Hempstead, NY was issued by the Region on June 29, 2004. In the complaint, the Region alleges that NWL offered numerous misbranded pesticides and pesticidal devices for sale at its network of retail outlets in four states. The complaint cites NWL for 83 violations of Sections 12(a)(1)(E) and (F) of FIFRA and proposes to assess a penalty of $273,900.
