The United States (US), State of Illinois, the City of Waukegan, the Gary Railway Company, Motors Liquidation Company, Larsen Marine Services, Inc. and North Shore Gas Company are parties to a Remedial Action Consent Decree (CD) entered on October 13, 2004 relating to the Waukegan Manufactured Gas and Coke Plant Site of the Outboard Marine Corporation Superfund site in Waukegan, Illinois. This FY 2011 action reflects an amendment to the CD's parties and financial assurance requirements.
