Kizziar Feed Lots, Inc. (OKG010055), Olustee, Oklahoma: An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Don Kizziar on August 6, 2004, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On February 12, 2004, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry conducted an on-site inspection of this facility, on behalf of EPA. The inspection revealed that this facility's records were not current and unsatisfactory to the permits requirements.
