Jensen Feedlot (OKG010289), El Reno, Oklahoma: An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Peter Jensen on August 6, 2004, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On March 15, 2004, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry conducted an on-site inspection of this facility, on behalf of EPA. The inspection revealed that this facility's records were not current and unsatisfactory to the permits requirements.
