THE LEGENDS ON LAKE LBJ, LTD. (TXU010385): On February 19, 2004, a storm water compliance inspection was conducted at the construction site of The Legends On Lake LBJ. The Legends on Lake LBJ, Ltd., was the owner/developer of the site of at least 25 acres. During the course of the inspection it was determined that there had been no StormWater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) prepared, there was no construction site notice posted, and there had been no Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The criteria for the Expedited Settlement Offer was met, and on March 19, 2004, that document was issued.
