The Snohomish County PUD, submitted a Voluntary Self-Disclosure Notice on potential violations of TSCA concerning the inadvertant storage of PCBs beyond the nine-month dealine. The PCBs were disposed of and the EPA has requested copies of the maifests and the certificates of disposal/destruction.
