properly select, install, and maintain control measures. 2. Respondent violated Part III.F.2.(a)(iv) of the TCEQ General Permit by failing to
remove sediment at a frequency necessary to minimize off-site impacts. 3. Respondent violated Part III.F.2.(a)(v) of the TCEQ General Permit by failing to prevent litter and debris from becoming a pollutant source. 4. Respondent violated Part III.F.8.(a) of the TCEQ General Permit by failing to conduct required site inspections. 5. Respondent violated Part III.F.8.(d) of the TCEQ General Permit by failing to
list qualifications of inspectors.
