Dupont Agricultural Caribe Industries failed to timely file TRI Form R reports for formaldehyde for calendar years 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 & 2002; and for sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate for calendar year 2001. This is a combined administrative civil complaint and consent agreement & final order.
