VIOLATIONS: Respondent's tank battery/disposal well system and Respondent's production well were both a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically brine, to the receiving waters of Hulah Lake, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 11 East, Osage County, Oklahoma. The discharge of brine was documented during a March 19, 2004, inspection, as well as during a follow-up inspection on July 21, 2004.
RELIEF: The Class I Complaint proposes up to a $32,500 penalty for the violations.
