This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (RCRA-UST). A field citation was issued for the following violations: failure to have financial responsibility; failure to maintain Veeder-Root according to manufacture�s instructions; and failure to conduct maintenance on line leak detector by a ceritifed technician.
