GREG McKAY CUSTOM HOMES (TXU010409): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on February 26, 2004, at the a commercial construction site located at 6010 Lost creek in Texarkana, TX, to determine compliance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Construction General Permit. It was determined that a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) had not been developed for the site, nor had a Notice of Intent (NOI) been submitted for permit coverage. An administrative order was drafted to address the violations.
