SHASTA DEVELOPMENT #1 (TXU010407): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on February 25, 2004, at the a commercial construction site known as Shasta Development #1, located in Texarkana, TX, to determine compliance with the Texas Commisson on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Construction General Permit. It was determined that a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) had not been developed for the site, nor had a Notice of Intent (NOI) been submitted for permit coverage. An administrative order was drafted to address the violations.
