A storm water compliance inspection was conducted to determine compliance with the Construction General Permit requirements. It was determined that Old Post Plaza, LP, had not developed a Notice of Intent (NOI) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Because the operator met the criteria for the Expedited Settlement Offer, one was extended and accepted. The Consent Agreement Final Order was routed for final signature.
