As a result of an EPA inspection, this facility was found in violation of the Recycling and Emissions Reduction standards and practices regarding the use of ozone depleting compounds for the Protection of Stratospheric Ozone dealing with comfort cooling units using CFCs. The purpose of this Order is to make the facility to comply with the applicable CFC regulations dealing with comfort cooling units.
