This administrative order on consent replaces two emergency administrative orders; SDWA-08-1999-68 and SDWA-08-2001-0033. This order directs respondents to construct a drinking water pipeline, monitor dedicated groundwater monitoring wells, monitor private water wells, hold and participate in a public meeting, continue to provide bottled water to identified homesites, report all monitoring information to EPA, and submit documents, as specified.
