This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA Section 313 issued to Lunday-Thagard Company. The violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA Section 313 for 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, Benzene, Cyclohexane, N-Hexane, Toluene, and Xylene in 1999; and 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, Benzene, Benzo(g,h,i)perylene, Cyclohexane, Mercury, N-Hexane, PACs, Toluene, and Xylene in 2000.
