EPA conducted a Storm Water Compliance Inspection on July 27, 2004, of the Giovanni Homes facility located at 2015 Stone Canyon Court in Arlington, Tx, and found the facility in violation of the Clean Water Act. The facility is subject to regulations of the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Storm Water Regulations. EPA is in the process of issuing enforcement actions to address the violation(s).
