EPA conducted a Storm Water Compliance Inspection on July 27, 2004, of the construction activities associated with the development of the Southwest Development, located at 2019 Hill Country, Arlington, Texas. The facility was found in violation of the Clean Water Act. The construction activities associated with the development of the facility are subject to regulations of the Clean Water Act (CWA), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Regulations. EPA is in the process as of August 31, 2004, of issuing enforcement action to address the violation.
