The facility violated effluent limitations for Total Chromium ( Chromium ), Total Suspended Solids ( TSS ), Five Day Biochemical Oxygen Demand ( BOD5 ), Sulfide (as Undissocatiated H2S), Dissoved Oxygen - Minimum ( D.O. - Min ), Total Recoverable Phenolics ( Phenolics ), Sulfate, Surfactants, Fecal Coliform, Total Coliform and pH, failed to report detection limits and failed to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports in March, April, and May 2002 and January 2003.
