361 GROUP CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. (TXU010480): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on September 1, 2004, at the commercial construction site of the Corsicana Marketplace Retail Center. It was determined that although a Notice of Intent (NOI) had been submitted to the TCEQ, there was no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) available for review. There were also no signs posted as required. Research indicated that the 361 Group had not been cited for storm water violations previously. Therefore, an Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO) was drafted and routed for signature.
