This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to FIFRA issued to Everkleen Enterprises, L.L.C. The violation involves pesticide production at an unregistered establishment. Everkleen's violation resulted from its production of a household pine cleaner that is not registered pursuant to Section 3 of FIFRA. Under the terms of the settlement (CA/FO), Everkleen will pay a penalty of $2,381.86, including interest, in four installments.
