FAILURE TO INSTALL AND/OR MAINTAIN TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT MEASURES TO CONTROL AND RETAIN SEDIMENT ON-SITE OR ON PAVED STREETS AND STORM DRAINS, FAILURE TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN SILT FENCES, SPECIFICALLY, ALONG CREFT DRIVE; FAILURE TO INSTALL STONE-STABILIZED PAD OR CRUSHED STONE CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES/EXITS TO INDIVIDUAL LOTS, SPECIFICALLY, ON MARGARET COURT.

ORDER REQUIRES:

A.  WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS, BEAZER HOMES, INC., SHALL SUBMIT AN EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN (E&SCP) AND REQUEST COVERAGE OF THE FACILITY UNDER THE PERMIT.  A COPY OF THE E&SCP SHALL BE PROVIDED TO EPA AND NCDENR - MOORESVILLE REGIONAL OFFICE.

B.  THE FOLLOWING DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE ADDRESSED BY BEAZER HOMES, INC., WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS:  INSTALL AND/OR MAINTAINED TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT MEASURES TO CONTROL AND RETAIN SEDIMENT ON-SITE AND OFF PAVED STREETS AND IN STORM DRAINS; INSTALL AND MAINTAIN SILT FENCES AROUND THE PERIMETER OF INDIVIDUAL LOTS TO MINIMIZE LOSS OF SEDIMENT, SPECIFICALLY ALONG CREFT DRIVE; AND INSTALL STONE-STABILIZED PADS OR CRUSHED STONE CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES/EXITS TO INDIVIDUAL LOTS, SPECIFICALLY ON MARGARET COURT.
