## Summary

U.S. EPA is resolving violations at the 3M Company's Cordova, IL facility under the Pharma-MACT (40 CFR 63 Subpart GGG).  The violations were discovered during 2 inspections (1 initial in June 2003, and 1 follow-up to a 113 Conference) of the source in June 2003.
