## Summary

On September 22, 2004, EPA entered into a Super-CAFO with Max Environmental Technologies, Inc. (���Max���), resolving three EPCRA 313 TRI reporting violations dating from 1999, 2000 and 2001.  Max, located in Yukon, Pennsylvania operates a hazardous waste treatment facility.
