In lieu of paying a penalty in the amount of $11,000, the Respondents propose to perform a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) which consists of replacing windows in the Westmore Apartment building. In consideration of the Respondent���s cooperation, attitude, SEP and other factors as justice may require, Region 5 agreed to reduce the civil penalty to $900 in settlement of the case.
