Unauthorized discharge of fill material into Old Buffalo Creek and onto adjacent wetlands at the Alliance site in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. The creek is a tributary to Trinity River. The Respondent will have to fully implement a corrective action plan approved by the Corps of Engineers.
