Administrative order for access to properties at the Diaz Chemical Superfund Site. Access is needed for EPA to continue to perform response activities. The Respondent who had owned these properties, filed for bankruptcy in June 2003. The trustee in the bankruptcy proceeding consented to EPA's access to the properties, but is now seeking to abandon the properties. EPA sought access on consent from Respondent so EPA can continue the response activities at the properties if they are abandoned. EPA provided an updated consent to access form to Respondent, but Respondent did not sign and return the form to EPA. The order requires Respondent to provide access.
