This matter involves a referral to the Department of Justice in connection with the Andela Superfund Site (a.k.a Warwick Township Real Estate Site) and the River Bend Superfund Site, both located on Creek Road, Warwick Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania (The Sites). EPA has requested that the Department of Justice file a Complaint in this Matter under Sections 106 and 107 of CERCLA against Andrew DiDio, Laura Ann DiDio and L.A.D. Contractors, Inc., all Potentially Responsible Parties at the Sites. The Complaint will seek, among other things, reinbursement for past costs associated with EPA's cleanup of PCB-contaminated soils at the Sites.
