Unauthorized clearing and redeposition of earthern material to construct a levee in a mature cypress-tupelo green-ash swamp. The work resulted in approximately 8.1 acres of direct impacts and approximately 58.5 acres of indirect impacts, The site is located near Paradis, LA.
