This Administrative Order requires the permittee to take immediate actions to prevent the discharge of pollutants from the silage storage area into the Brown Creek, which is a water of the U.S., by designing, constructing, operating, and properly maintaining a storm water retention structure. The permittee shall submit documentation to EPA to prove that such a retention structure has adequate capacity to contain all runoff during major rainfall events.
