Respondent has agreed to conduct a Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS) for Operable Unit 2 at the Radiation Technology, Inc. Superfund Site. As part of this RI/FS, the Respondent will investigate potential pollutants related to the testing of rockets. In addition, the Respondent will reimburse EPA's costs associated with overseeing the RI/FS.
