## Summary

Carbit manufactures architectural coatings.  During the production years of 1999-2000, 2001, and 2002 Carbit manufactured coatings in violation of the Architectural Coatings Rule.  As a result of this action, Carbit corrected past reporting issues and agreed to no longer manufacture any of the noncompliant coatings without first reformulating the products with compliant materials.
