Respondents did not respond to two 9005 information requests. Subsequent inspection revealed new and continuing violations. The Region requests initiation of a civil action to compel compliance with regulatory requirements, and to collect civil penalties for failure to respond to information request, and for new and continuing violations of UST requirements.
