This Order requires Perma-Fix to comply with the provisions of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Offsite Waste and Recovery Operations and to submit a Title V permit application. The NESHAP for OSWRO will require Perma-Fix to capture and control emissions from storage and treatment tanks and their biological wastewater treatment system.
