Trigen Syracuse Energy Corporation ( Respondent ) is located at 56 Industrial Drive, Syracuse, NY. During calendar years 2002 and 2003, Respondent had present at its facility sulfuric acid and diesel fuel in quantities which exceed the threshold reporting quantities for EPCRA Section 312, 42 U.S.C. section 11022.
