On September 29, 2004, Region 5 filed an Administrative Complaint and Compliance Order (Complaint) against Zaclon, Incorporated (Zaclon) located at 2981 Independence Road, Cleveland, Ohio. The Complaint alleges that Zaclon stored hazardous waste on site without having interim status or a hazardous waste permit. The Complaint requires Zaclon to comply with the hazardous waste permit requirements and proposes a penalty of $162,371.
