On April 30, 2004, EPA issued a Section 114 request to Venture requiring it to measure emissions of VOC from one of its sheet molding compound lines within 90 days of receipt. The Request was received by Venture on May 5, 2004. Testing was required by August 4, 2004. To date, Venture has not conducted the required testing. The purpose of the AO is to demand compliance with the Section 114 request.
