This is an Administrative Order on Consent pursuant to CERCLA Section 122h entered into by EPA and Intercoastal, Amberwick, the Websters and Carol Cole. These PRPs are current and past owners and operators and one transporter at the Denova Environmental hazardous waste storage facility. EPA is settling their liability for past costs at $640,000.
