This case is part of EPA�s national petroleum refinery initiative, and addresses the following Clean Air Act requirements at four ConocoPhillips refineries located in Arroyo Grande (aka Santa Maria Refinery), Carson, Rodeo, and Wilmington, California: new source review and prevention of significant deterioration requirements; new source performance standards codified at 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subparts J, VV, GGG; national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants codified at 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subparts J, V, and FF, and Part 63, Subparts F, H, and CC; and relevant state implementation plan requirements that incorporate or implement the above-listed federal requirements.
