This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (RCRA-UST). A field citation was issued for the following violations (settlement offered 10/15/2003): failure to have financial responsibility; failure to maintain Veeder-Root according to manufacture?s instructions; failure to conduct annual test of line leak detector; and installation of inadequate overfill prevention on diesel UST.
