This is an expedited settlement of a RCRA-UST field citation case. On 07/30/2004, a citation was issued for failing to provide adequate line leak detector system for UST pipping system, failure to adequately maintain monthly release detection records for at least one year, failure to install adequate overfill prevention equipment in an existing UST system, and failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring. Inspection was condcuted jointly with Navajo Nation EPA but citation was issued by US EPA. The penalty amount was $500.00.
