This complaint alleges violations of Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA for sales and/or distribution of misbranded pesticide, Lysol Pine (500ml) product. The complaint is assessed at five violations with a proposed penalty of $16,500 pursuant to FIFRA Section 14(a).
