MOSS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. (TXU010396): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted February 25, 2004, at the site of the City of Greenville Sanitary Sewer Improvement project was involved approximately 36.5 acres of disturbed acreage. Moss Construction was the general contractor for that project. During the inspection it was determined that there had been no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) prepared for the site as required by the March 5, 2004, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Construction General Permit. There was also no posted construction site notice as required. It was unclear at the time of the inspection if the contractor had submitted a Notice of Intent for permit coverage. An administrative order has been drafted to address these alleged violations.
